It's a customer loyalty system. A simple, innovative customer loyalty platform based on points awarded by partner merchants, which can be exchanged for campaigns with offers and discounts.

To join, just register with daponto, and there's no cost involved.
All you need for that is your mobile number.

No. No card needed, just sign in to your account.

For points to be credited directly to your account, just identify yourself to the partner: show the QR code of your account, or give the mobile number linked to your account.

In some cases you may receive a QR code to redeem the points later. See "How do I redeem the points I've received?".

Just go shopping! Simply buy products or services at our partner merchants.
The more you spend, the more points you collect. Points are usually proportional to the purchase amount, but each partner is free to set its own criteria.
daponto points are accumulated together across all partner merchants, not individually.
Partner merchants may have a physical or an online shop.

Yes. Every time a partner awards daponto points, the customer also receives points exclusive to that partner.
These points can give access to campaigns exclusive to that partner's customers.

If you identified yourself when the points were awarded, they're credited directly to your account - you don't need to do anything else.

If you received a QR code, scan the code - the points are credited to your account right away.

Please note: points awarded anonymously must be redeemed within 15 days from the date they were awarded. After that, they expire.

After logging in, just check your points balance in your account.

Just open that partner's profile in the APP, where you can check the points balance you've collected with them.

To enjoy the campaigns, just sign in to your account.
Then simply choose one of the available campaigns and check whether you have enough points to exchange and get the voucher.
To enjoy the campaign, you may need daponto points, or the partner's points.

Any associated amount must be paid directly to the offer's partner.
Once you get the voucher, it's available in your account, with the offer's content and conditions.

The voucher must be shown to the offer's partner so it can be validated or marked as used.

Important: whenever you have questions about a campaign, contact the offer's partner before exchanging your points and creating the voucher.

Vouchers or discount coupons cannot be cancelled.
