Account deletion

You can delete your daponto account in the daponto app: Profile → Account → «Delete my account». You will be asked for your phone number to confirm.

What happens

• The daponto account is closed and you lose access.
• Personal data (such as name, date of birth, gender) is no longer used.
• Loyalty activity records (points, vouchers and transactions) are retained only for as long as required by legal and accounting obligations.
• Your phone number no longer identifies an active account — you can register again with the same number, creating a new account.

Cannot access the app?

Request deletion by email at support@daponto.com. For security, the request is subject to identity verification: you will be asked to confirm control of the phone number or email associated with the account before deletion.

This document is available in several languages. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the Portuguese version prevails.
